Ingredients

  • 1 orange, boiled and blended
  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz chilled prosecco
  • 1 oz chilled soda water
  • Bay leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the orange until very soft, cool, blend until smooth, and strain.
  2. Line the glass with the orange puree.
  3. Fill a blender with ice, add Aperol, and blend until a slushie-like texture is achieved.
  4. Spoon the Aperol slushie into the glass.
  5. Top with prosecco and soda water.
  6. Garnish with bay leaves and serve.
