Ingredients
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 oz. chilled pinot noir
- 1/2 cup cold apple cider
- 2 tbsp grand marnier liqueur
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 orange wedge
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the apple slices and cinnamon stick in the bottom of a pitcher.
- Pour in the pinot noir, apple cider, grand marnier, and maple syrup, and stir to mix.
- Refrigerate the sangria for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- In a plate, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Rim the glass with an orange wedge and dip in the cinnamon sugar.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour the sangria over top, ensuring to include some of the fruit.
