Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 oz Maker's Mark 46 bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Bärenjäger
  • 1/2 oz Jeppson's Malört
  • 3/4 oz buckwheat honey (or clover honey)
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 oz Davids Tea Pumpkin Chai black tea (or any chai), hot
  • Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Shake heavy whipping cream in an empty bottle for about 1 minute until lightly whipped.
  2. In a mug or glass, add the bourbon, Bärenjäger, Jeppson's Malört, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the hot chai tea.
  4. Top with the freshly whipped cream.
