Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz blackberries
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar (superfine sugar)
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 6.75 oz prosecco (champagne, cava, or other sparkling wine)

  1. In a bowl, muddle most of the blackberries with the caster sugar, leaving a few for garnish.
  2. Spoon the mashed blackberries into a tall glass.
  3. Add the vodka to the glass.
