  • 4 oz frozen peaches
  • 4 oz chilled sauvignon blanc
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 fresh peach, cut into wedges for garnish


  1. In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen peaches and the cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. With the blender running, slowly add in the sauvignon blanc, and blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Immediately pour the slushie into a glass and garnish with fresh peach slices.
