Ingredients
- 4 oz frozen peaches
- 4 oz chilled sauvignon blanc
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 fresh peach, cut into wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- In a blender, combine frozen peaches and the cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- With the blender running, slowly add in the sauvignon blanc, and blend until smooth and well combined.
- Immediately pour the slushie into a glass and garnish with fresh peach slices.
