Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz Clamato juice (chilled)
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp horseradish (optional)
  • 1 tsp celery salt (for salt rim)
  • 1 lime wedge (for salt rim)
  • 1 celery rib (garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass and then dip the glass into celery salt, swirling the glass until the rim is well coated.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Pour vodka and Clamato juice into the glass.
  4. Add dashes of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Optionally add horseradish.
  6. Mix with a bar spoon.
  7. Garnish with a celery rib.
