- 0.50 oz Blue Curaçao
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1.50 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 oz light rum
- 3 oz sparkling water (or tonic water for sweeter)
- Ice as needed
- Pineapple wedge
- Maraschino cherry
