Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1.50 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 3 oz sparkling water (or tonic water for sweeter)
  • Ice as needed
  • Pineapple wedge
  • Maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients before using to reduce dilution at serving.
