Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut syrup
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Blue curaçao
  • 3/4 oz Cream of coconut
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge
  • Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the coconut syrup, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients well to combine and chill.
  4. Fill a highball glass or hurricane glass with crushed ice.
  5. Strain the drink into the glass over the ice.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
