Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • Club soda, to top
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add mint leaves and simple syrup.
  2. Gently muddle the mint leaves to release their oils.
  3. Add lime juice, white rum, blue curaçao, and ice to the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake the mixture for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Pour the cocktail into a Collins glass over ice.
  6. Top with club soda.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
