Ingredients

  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • Red gel icing, for rimming
  • 2-3 pieces shark gummy candies
  • 1-2 ounces seltzer soda water

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine vodka, blue curaçao, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake thoroughly.
  2. Use the red gel icing to rim a cocktail glass.
  3. Place ice and shark gummy candies into the prepared cocktail glass.
  4. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  5. Top off with seltzer soda water.
  6. Optionally, make a small cut on the underside of a gummy shark to allow it to be placed on the glass as a garnish.
