Ingredients

  • 1 oz Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
  • 0.50 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz St. Germain
  • 0.50 oz Aperativo Select
  • A splash of sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, tequila, St. Germain, and Aperativo Select in a shaker tin.
  2. Add ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  5. Top with a splash of sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a lime peel.
