Ingredients
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Whole Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 tbsp Jamaican Dark Rum
- 1 tbsp Bourbon
- 1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- A pinch of Nutmeg
- A pinch of Cinnamon
Instructions
- Separate the egg yolk and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar and whisk until creamy.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream until lightly steaming, then slowly pour it into the mixing bowl with the egg yolk mixture. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the rum, bourbon, vanilla extract, spices, and vanilla ice cream to the mixture. Whisk for 2 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a serving pitcher and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve cold.
