Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Whole Milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tbsp Jamaican Dark Rum
  • 1 tbsp Bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of Nutmeg
  • A pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolk and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar and whisk until creamy.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream until lightly steaming, then slowly pour it into the mixing bowl with the egg yolk mixture. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the rum, bourbon, vanilla extract, spices, and vanilla ice cream to the mixture. Whisk for 2 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a serving pitcher and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve cold.
