Chilled Emerald Whiskey Delight

Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. sweetened whipped cream, divided
- 2 oz. Irish whiskey
- Freshly grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine freshly brewed hot coffee, heavy cream, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then chill thoroughly.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of sweetened whipped cream into the bottom of a 14-oz. highball glass.
- Stir the Irish whiskey into the chilled coffee mixture, then pour over the whipped cream in the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice, then top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of sweetened whipped cream.
