Ingredients

  • 3 oz Creme de Banana
  • 3 oz Amaretto
  • 3 oz Rum
  • 3 oz Creme de Cacao (clear)
  • 4 tbsp Cream of Coconut
  • 3 oz Half & Half
  • Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 Banana (save a few slices for garnishing)
  • Cherry for garnish
  • Coarse Chocolate shavings for garnish
  • 1 tray of ice

Instructions

  1. Combine Creme de Banana, Amaretto, Rum, Creme de Cacao, Cream of Coconut, Half & Half, and half of a Banana in a blender.
  2. Add the ice to the blender.
  3. Blend the ingredients until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream, cherry, banana slices, and coarse chocolate shavings.
