Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon simple syrup for rimming the shot glass
  • 1/2 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 ounce Fireball Whiskey
  • 1 ounce RumChata (chilled)
  • Sweet Vanilla Cinnamon Rimmer
  • Cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour a shallow layer of simple syrup onto a small plate for rimming the shot glass.
  2. Mix ground cinnamon and sugar on another plate, then dip the rim of the shot glass into the simple syrup and then into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. Add 1 ounce of Fireball whiskey to the rimmed shot glass.
  4. Pour 1 ounce of chilled RumChata into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
