Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 10 oz cream soda
  • 5 oz Fireball
  • Whipped cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, pour the Fireball.
  2. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the Fireball and let it sit for about 2 minutes until the gelatin has bloomed and is no longer a powder.
  3. Add the boiling water to the mixture and stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
  4. Stir in the cream soda.
  5. Using an injector or pourable measuring glass, fill each shot cup until it's just under the top of the glass.
  6. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
  7. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
