Coconut Bliss Frappé

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. agave nectar
- 1 tbsp. toasted shredded coconut
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz. dark or white rum
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine agave nectar and 1 tbsp. water. In another dish, place the toasted shredded coconut. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with the agave mixture and then dip it in the toasted coconut. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the ice, coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth, frothy, and creamy.
- Pour the frappé into the prepared coconut-rimmed glass, sprinkle with cinnamon (if desired), and serve.
