  • 1.50 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1.50 oz simple syrup
  • 1-2 dashes of coconut extract (optional)
  • 2.50 oz silver tequila
  • 2 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1.50 oz coconut rum
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh cranberries
  • Miniature candy canes
  • Simple syrup or lime wedge
  • Shredded or chopped coconut
  • Crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut water, coconut milk, coconut cream, and coconut extract in a plastic pitcher or mixing bowl.
  2. When ready to serve, add the tequila, Grand Marnier, coconut rum, lime juice, and simple syrup, then stir to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if necessary.
