Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (Grade B preferred)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons whipped coconut cream (optional)

Instructions
