- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 cups coconut milk (or whole milk if preferred)
- 1/2 cup brandy (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and maple syrup until combined.
