A comforting and creamy vegan tea latte with the delicate flavors of rose and Earl Grey.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 - 3 Earl Grey teabags
  • 3 tbsp dried, food-grade rose petals
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • optional: vanilla powder or rose water

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and steep the tea bags and rose petals in a heatproof jug.
  2. Warm the coconut milk and honey in a saucepan, then remove from heat.
  3. Strain and discard the rose petals from the brewed tea.
  4. Froth the coconut milk until it has increased in volume and has plenty of bubbles on top.
  5. Add vanilla powder or rose water, if using, then divide the frothed coconut milk between two cups.
  6. Sprinkle the foam with additional rose petals or drizzle honey if desired.
