Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz coconut milk
  • 2.50 oz coconut cream
  • 3.50 oz condensed milk
  • 3 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, plus more for garnish
  • 3 oz dark rum

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg.
  2. Heat the mixture on a medium setting, stirring frequently until it begins to bubble.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the rum to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Remove the cinnamon stick and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, about 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Serve with an additional dusting of nutmeg on top.
