- 2.50 oz coconut cream
- 3.50 oz condensed milk
- 3 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, plus more for garnish
- 3 oz dark rum
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg.
- Heat the mixture on a medium setting, stirring frequently until it begins to bubble.
- Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
- Add the rum to the mixture and stir well.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, about 1 to 2 hours.
