Ingredients

  • 5 fl. oz. brewed coffee or espresso, at room temperature
  • 1.50 fl. oz. coffee liqueur
  • 1.50 fl. oz. vodka
  • 0.50 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the brewed coffee (or espresso) into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  2. Combine the coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, vodka, and vanilla in a blender.
  3. Process the mixture until smooth, about 1 minute.
  4. Divide the mixture between chilled coupe martini glasses.
  5. Garnish each glass with 3 coffee beans, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
