Ingredients
- 2 dark-roast coffee beans
- 2 1/2 ounces Stranahan's Colorado whiskey
- 1/2 ounce demerara syrup (mix 1 part demerara sugar with 1 part water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: lemon twist
- Garnish: coffee bean
Instructions
- Crush the coffee beans in a shaker.
- Add the whiskey, demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters with ice to the shaker, and shake until well-chilled.
- Fine-strain the mixture into a chilled Champagne flute.
