Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish cream
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder and sugar with 3 tablespoons of the cold milk.
  2. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks, then set it aside.
  3. Heat the remaining milk in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cocoa/sugar mixture to the heated milk and heat for an additional minute, stirring well to combine.
  5. Pour the Baileys Irish cream into a heat-resistant glass.
  6. Gently pour the heated chocolate mixture over the Baileys in the glass.
  7. Add the mini marshmallows to the drink.
  8. Top the drink with the whipped cream.
  9. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and serve.
