Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Meat of 1 Thai coconut or 1/4 cup cashews soaked in water for at least one hour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, coconut meat or soaked cashews, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, protein powder, dates, and ice.
  2. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
