Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Elderflower Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz unsalted aquafaba (or 1/2 egg white)
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill a coupe glass or martini glass with ice and set aside to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, elderflower syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
- Shake the mixture for 15 seconds without ice to mix in the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker, then shake again until thoroughly chilled.
- Remove the ice from the coupe glass and strain the drink into the chilled glass.
