Ingredients
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream + 1 oz Baileys Irish cream
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream + 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heart sprinkles
- 7 oz white cooking chocolate
- 3.40 fl oz cream (35% fat content)
- Pink sprinkles
- Thickened cream
Instructions
- In a food blender, combine Baileys, 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Chill the mixture.
- Blend 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream and strawberries until well combined. Pour the pink shake into a glass, followed by the Baileys shake.
- Pipe whipped cream on top of the milkshake, then sprinkle with heart sprinkles and add a serving straw.
- Prepare ganache by microwaving chocolate and cream in 20-second intervals until smooth. Dip the glass lid into the ganache, then into pink sprinkles and chill in the fridge.
- Whip thickened cream to stiff peaks, cover, and set aside in the fridge.
