Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cointreau
  • 4 oz cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 glass champagne
  • For the garnish: 1 sprig of rosemary, 3 whole cranberries

Instructions

  1. Chill the Champagne.
  2. Measure 2 oz Cointreau and 4 oz unsweetened cranberry juice.
  3. Prepare the garnish: rosemary sprig and whole cranberries.
  4. In a shaker, mix the Cointreau and cranberry juice. Shake well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass, filling halfway.
  6. Top with chilled champagne until three-quarters full.
  7. Garnish with rosemary and whole cranberries.
  8. Serve immediately.
