Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz coconut milk
  • 2.50 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  3. Strain the coquito into a bottle and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill.
  4. Shake the bottle before serving.
  5. Pour the chilled coquito into a lowball glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
