Ingredients

  • 1.25 ounces Ginger Spice Cask & Crew Whiskey
  • 0.50 ounce Fernet Branca
  • 0.50 ounce cranberry simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 drops aromatic bitters

  1. Combine all ingredients except bitters in a shaker.
  2. Shake without ice for 10-15 seconds to mix.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass, using a fine strainer to remove any small ice chips.
