Ingredients
- Finely shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)
- 3 oz white rum
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 0.50 oz blue Curaçao
- 1.50 oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz coconut water
- 2 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- If desired, moisten the rim of the glass and roll it into finely shredded coconut, then place it in the freezer.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Add 2 cups of ice to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Pour the blended cocktail into rocks glasses or similar vessels to serve.
