Ingredients

  • Finely shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)
  • 3 oz white rum
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.50 oz blue Curaçao
  • 1.50 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz simple syrup

Instructions

  1. If desired, moisten the rim of the glass and roll it into finely shredded coconut, then place it in the freezer.
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  3. Add 2 cups of ice to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour the blended cocktail into rocks glasses or similar vessels to serve.
