Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced (or use frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling apple juice, plus extra for serving
  • 1 teaspoon SPLENDA(r) Sugar Blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced peach in the freezer for 1 hour to chill.
  2. In a blender, combine the chilled peach, 1/2 cup sparkling apple juice, SPLENDA(r) Sugar Blend, and lime juice.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass and top it off with additional sparkling apple juice.
