Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz gin
  • 1 oz Blanc vermouth
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4 drops lemon bitters
  • 0.50 oz Aquafaba (from canned chickpeas)
  • Ice
  • Lemon or grapefruit peel for garnish

Instructions
