Ingredients

  • 3 oz gin
  • 2 oz store bought guava nectar
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • 4-5 oz Cava
  • Superfine sugar for cocktail glass rims
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim two cocktail glasses with superfine sugar.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, guava nectar, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.
  3. Add crushed ice to the shaker and shake until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glasses.
  5. Top off each glass with Cava.
  6. Garnish with lime wedges.
