Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz club soda (or sparkling water)
  • 1-2 teaspoons agave or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • grapefruit slice
  • ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon fine white sugar
  • Zest from 1/2 grapefruit

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, grapefruit juice, agave, and ice. Shake for 15-30 seconds until cold.
  2. Rim the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge along the rim, then dip the glass into a mixture of sugar and grapefruit zest.
  3. Strain the cocktail into the rimmed glass and top it with prosecco and a splash of club soda.
