Ingredients

  • 10 concord or Thomcord grapes
  • 1.50 oz. gin
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 2 TBS aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • Sparkling or soda water to top

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the concord grapes to release their juices.
  2. Add gin, maple syrup, aquafaba, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake for 15 seconds, then add a cup of ice cubes and shake for another 30 seconds until very cold.
  4. Strain into a short glass, using a fine mesh strainer if needed.
  5. Top the cocktail with sparkling or soda water and serve immediately.
