Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Pisco
  • 1/4 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the matcha and pisco together until smooth.
  2. Pour the lime juice, simple syrup, and matcha-pisco mix into a shaker.
  3. Add the egg white and dry shake all the ingredients.
  4. Add ice to the shaker, then shake again.
