Ingredients
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon ground star anise
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- a pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon star anise extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 oz Barbancourt rum
- freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, star anise extract, and lime juice.
- Blend the mixture until well combined.
- Add the rum to the blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass bottle and refrigerate for several hours until chilled.
- When serving, pour the drink into glasses and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
