Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon culinary lavender
- 3 tablespoons frozen wild blueberries
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz lavender syrup
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Edible flower, for garnish
Instructions
- To make the lavender syrup, combine water, sugar, culinary lavender, and frozen wild blueberries in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Remove from heat and let it stand for 15 minutes before straining. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, lavender syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
