Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup Irish whiskey (Jameson)
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
