- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup Irish whiskey (Jameson)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
