Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Irish whiskey
- Optional: 1 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee powder
Instructions
- In a small glass measuring cup, mix the cocoa powder with a spoonful of cream until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the remaining cream until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the cocoa and cream mixture to a pitcher.
- Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, and vanilla extract.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
