Ingredients

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. dark creme de cacao
  • 1/4 oz. amaro (Varnelli Amaro Sibilla recommended)
  • 2 1/2 oz. heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh nutmeg, for grating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, stir the vodka, coffee liqueur, dark creme de cacao, and amaro with ice until well chilled.
  2. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
  3. In a shaker, pour the heavy whipping cream and shake vigorously (without ice) until it thickens to a pourable consistency.
  4. Carefully pour the thickened cream on top of the drink to create a floating layer.
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top of the drink.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
