Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 ounces infused vodka (3 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup infused half and half/white chocolate mixture

Instructions

  1. Infuse the vodka by combining vodka and lavender in a re-sealable container and letting it sit for 36-48 hours at room temperature. Strain the vodka, discarding the lavender.
  2. In a saucepan, warm the half and half and lavender until bubbles form. Remove from heat and let it sit for 30 minutes. Strain the mixture, then warm it with chopped white chocolate until melted. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a blender, combine 2 cups of ice cream, infused vodka, and half and half/white chocolate mixture. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the milkshake into a glass and enjoy immediately.
