  • 2 scoops of Strawberry Gelato
  • 1/3 oz Creme De Violette
  • 2 sprigs Lavender (Slightly chopped)
  • 1 sprig Mint
  • 2 oz Wit Beer

  1. Place 2 scoops of Strawberry Gelato in a container of your choice.
  2. Add slightly chopped lavender to the container.
  3. Pour in Creme de Violette and Wit Beer.
  4. Garnish with mint.
