Lychee Rose Fizz

Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz lychee juice (we used rubicon)
  • 1/2 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
  • 2 drops of rose water, to taste
  • a drop of pink food coloring, optional
  • 6.50 oz chilled Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jam jar, combine the lychee juice and agave syrup with a few ice cubes.
  2. Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring (if desired).
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously and taste it, adjusting the rose water to your preference.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
  5. Top up the glass with chilled Prosecco.
  6. Gently mix using a long spoon.
  7. Garnish with rose petals, if desired, and serve.
