Mandarin Royale
A refreshing twist on the Pisco Sour with pisco, Strega, mandarin cordial, lime juice, egg white, Peychaud's bitters, and sparkling rosé, garnished with a mint sprig.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz pisco
- 1/4 oz Strega
- 1 1/4 oz mandarin cordial
- 1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 oz sparkling rosé
- Garnish: mint sprig
Instructions
- Combine pisco, Strega, mandarin cordial, lime juice, egg white, and Peychaud's bitters in a shaker and dry-shake (no ice).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled.
- Pour the sparkling rosé into a Collins glass.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Top with fresh ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
