Ingredients

  • 2 oz mango chunks
  • 1 oz tequila (or lemon-lime soda for non-alcoholic version)
  • 1 oz triple sec (or frozen orange concentrate for non-alcoholic version)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Zest two limes and mix the zest with coarse sugar and margarita salt for rimming the glass.
  2. Rub the glass rim with a lime wedge, then dip it into the sugar-salt mixture and set aside.
  3. For the alcoholic version, blend mango chunks, tequila, triple sec, sugar, and lime juice with ice until smooth.
