Ingredients

  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, dark or amber
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1.50 ounces vodka
  • 1 cup seltzer water

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, place the mint leaves.
  2. Add the maple syrup and muddle with a muddling stick or a narrow wooden spoon.
  3. Put in the ice and pour the vodka over it.
  4. Top the mixture with seltzer water.
