Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz The Glenlivet Founders Reserve
  • 0.80 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White or 0.70 oz Aquafaba (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake the mixture well.
  3. Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over fresh ice or a chilled coupe without ice.
  4. Garnish the drink with a lemon zest.
